How we work

Four things you can establish before contacting us — not after.

We are the exporter

Our name is on the invoice and the bill of lading. No intermediary between you and the party you hold accountable.

Terms are published

Payment, preparation time, warranty and currency are published on this site, so you can read them before any conversation.

Calculate your own container

Pick models and quantities and find out whether they fit one container, and how much space is left — before asking us.

Every number is checkable

Company registry and certificates — check them yourself through the official authorities' own links, not images we display.

Written, not promised

These are our terms for every order, and they go into your contract.

Order preparation: One week; for ready products, from deposit to loading
Warranty: One full year; with a step-by-step defect procedure
To start preparing your order: 30% deposit; only
Credit terms: Up to 90 days; after two orders you settle on time

Become an authorised JKM distributor in your country

If you trade in kitchen or home appliances, write to us so we can learn about your market. If your country already has an authorised distributor, we will put you in touch.
